“Anthony and his mother were at the mortuary in Lagos this afternoon to say their last goodbyes to his two friends who passed away as they were being made ready for the journey back,” Omotosho said.
A Tribute to the Fallen
The victims of the crash were confirmed to be Latif Ayodele, a fitness coach, and Sina Ghami, a strength and conditioning coach. Omotoso added that the boxer was “heavy-hearted and deeply emotional over the tragic loss of his two dear friends.”
